Though NBC10 carried the “Winter Olympics,” 6ABC “took the gold” for February sweeps by winning the news ratings in every time period.  NBC10 and CBS3 were competitive in every news timeslot.  NBC10 came in second from 5-7 a.m., 6 p.m., and 11 p.m.  CBS3 came in second at noon and 4 p.m.

Ratings are rounded to the nearest whole number.  Each rating point equals around 29,000 households.

Also of note, at 10 a.m., NBC10’s “10” show continues to change female co-hosts, but remains in fifth place behind “The Tony Danza Show” carried on 6ABC, “Maury” carried on WB17, “The Guiding Light” on CBS3, and “Judge Hatchett” on Fox29.  There are rumblings that “Danza” will be replaced with “The Rachael Ray Show” next year.
