For Services:
Males - Suit and Tie or Jacket and Tie
This is taken from the synagogue handbook:
Dress Code (for Bnai/Bnot Mitzvah, family members and other guests)
Skirts and dresses should be knee length or below the knee (no mini skirts). No midriff and cleavage should be showing. No sleeveless or strapless tops and no jeans. Respectful head covering (kippah, lace, or hat, no baseball hats) and tallit are to be worn on the bimah.
For Party:
Males - Suit and Tie (no tuxedos)
Females - Party dress or cocktail dress
